The Iran deal is basically the simplest way to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon, or is it?

The problem with the US general public is that they choose to believe certain words from Iranian officials while not believing some other parts of them and the media is to be blamed here.

The nuclear deal that was inked by the P5+1 and Iran is now awaiting approval from the US congress.
The deal is meant to use a precise inspection's system in order to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear bomb while many people argue that the deal will instead give Iran the chance to build a bomb as well as supporting terrorism and expanding its destructive influence throughout the middle east and they also think that by rejecting the current deal they can increase the pressure on Iran and get a better deal but I'm going to tell you why non of their reasons actually stands to reason!

1) They argue that This deal will not change Iran's hostile nature and Iran will continue to pose a threat to the US and its allies.
Well, that may be true but the deal is not called "Change Iran Deal" it's a nuclear deal it's not even supposed to change Iran's behaviour in other fields and although Iran's behaviour won't change over night, The deal will most probably let Iran join the global community opening the way for further reform.

2) They say that by accepting this deal Iran will receive 100B$ of its frozen assets and it will be able to expand it's terrorism.
the answer is that Iran isn't even supporting terrorism as you may think! many people associate The Taliban, ISIS, Hamas and Alqaeda with Iran while Iran didn't create any of those, in fact they are all sunni terrorist groups that are being funded, both ideologically and economically by US Arab allies in the PersianGulf and contrary to what most people believe, Iran is among the few country that are actually fighting the named groups. Not to mention 100B is only a delusional estimate.

3) They say that Iran has been caught building multiple secret underground nuclear sites so it must have been after the bomb.
Under the NPT (nuclear non proliferation treaty) the signatories are required to declare any nuclear site that is under construction about 1 month before it's entirely constructed thus Iran has done nothing in violation of the NPT.

4) They argue that the Iranian authorities have made multiple remarks calling for the destruction of the united states and Israel and the only way that they can accomplish that goal is by acquiring a nuclear weapon so Iran must be after the Bomb.
Well, they have also said ,for many times, that they are not after the Bomb! If you call the Iranians liars then you must not believe them when they say the want to destroy Israel! or if you think they tell the truth, then they mustn't be after the bomb. besides the Iranian supreme leader has issued a "Fatwa" which prohibits Iran from acquiring any type of WMDs including nuclear weapons
A "Fatwa" is the strongest and most important order that can possibly be issued by the leader and it cannot be changed so if the Iranians act in violation to that order, then the authority of the entire regime will be undermined.
Besides, if you really wanted to kill someone would you tell everyone about it?
And another thing, haven't american and Israeli officials done the same thing to them?
I mean don't we hear americans saying we will bomb Iran back to the stone age and similar things?

5) Many americans believe that the Iranians hate them because they are irrational and extremist muslims who hate anything that is western!
That is simply untrue, lets take look at the facts:

1) The US and its allies helped Iraq, make biological and chemical weapons as well as giving Saddam Hussien all the support it needed to defeat Iran during the Iran-Iraq war and Iraq actually used the chemical weapons on Iranian cities and armies.
(BTW Iraq lost the war)

2) Saudi Arabia, an us ally,  helped Iraq with billions of dollars in cash when Syria, an Iranian ally blocked Iraqi oil lines.

3) The US shot down an Iranian civilian airliner killing all 290 passengers
(July 3, 1988, the USS Vincennes-iranian flight 655 incident)
What would US do if Iran shot down US plane?

6) Iran is a rational player in the region.
Iran, like any other country on earth seeks more power and influence. and the Iranian leaders are very rational and smart, thats why they have survived 40 years of sanctions, sabotage, wars, coups and etc. and they, very well know that should they be caught building a nuclear bomb, the world will attack them and they won't be able to maintain power. on the other hand, they know that by complying with the nuclear deal they will be little by little accepted into the global community and with help of their industrial base and very educated middle class, they can dominate the region the old fashioned way.

7) Many say that Iran has a lot of oil and gas and is able to produce all the energy it need using its natural resources, then why on earth would Iran go after the expensive nuclear energy other than making a nuclear bomb?
In case you don't know, the Iranian nuclear programme was started during the "Shah"s government who was basically a US puppet that the Iranian people over threw, so how come the Iranians needed nuclear power back then but not now?
Hundreds of billions of dollars is already spent on the project and Iran simply cannot afford to let all that money go to waste.

So as I reasoned, the nuclear deal is not stopping Iran from getting a nuclear weapon for Iran in not even after one! The deal only opens a new season in Iran-US relations which can hopefully change the life of millions who live in the middle east for the better.
